Simple the best

With this app i have solved all my problems. Really simple and fast. You can insert your works hour day by day and you can analize all entry for year, month, week. But unlike the other app you can choose to analyze the work done between two date. Lastly you can save your data entry to cvs, pdf, email or dropbox!

Buona organizzazione di progetti e compiti, ottima esportazione in CSV e PDF. Purtroppo non riesce a tenere conto di due progetti contemporaneamente, ma è un dettaglio minore. Wonderful organization of projects and tasks, great export in CSV and PDF. Unfortunately, it cannot keep track of two projects at the same time, but its a minor detail.

Great App…Would Highly Recommend…!!

Great application. Used older version for about two years. This one is even better. Sleeker user interface. Had some issues getting started with transferring data from older version. Email support was very responsive and got me thru it… Time entry (outside of time clock) is under Overview menu which used to be a separate menu item like time clock...better to have both functionalities from my perspective...but I understand that is planned for newer version… Would love the ability to synchronize the data between multiple devices including my Mac…haven’t explored all the functionality in new version so that may be there??? If not…would even improve this application more… Well thought out!!

Does a great job of helping me keep my time and is very easy to use.

Have tried several time-tracking apps, and find this one the best for my needs. I only need to track hours in a work day against various projects and categories (break/fix, routine support, development, etc). Unlike many of its competitors that force you to use features you dont need, this has the capability to track expenses and more, but does not force you to configure and input the items you dont care about. It has a "punch-clock" feature to check in and out of projects as you work with a variety of options for rounding, and its easy to manually input and edit entries as well. I only have one actual "client" (the company I work for), so I use set up my projects as Clients to get an extra level of granularity. I use Projects to track time spent on dev, support, break/fix, etc, and the app supports this easily. You can set up specific tasks for each project, or have free-form entry with the option to choose from previously entered tasks for that project or all of your projects. The weekly summary view is great, showing totals by client/project by day, so its easy to see what I did at a glance and transfer it to my time sheet at the end of the week. Most impressive, however, is the support! About a week into using the app I decided to try the cloud sync service to share my data between devices. This works very well, with options to sync manually or automatically. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when I set it up, syncing my phone first, which copied a set of sample data to the cloud because I had just installed the app. When I later synced my iPad, which had my week of real data, it was overwritten by the example data set from my phone since it was on the cloud servers first. Turns out I had no reason to worry. I emailed the developer to see if he could help me recover from my goof. Got a response almost instantly, and within a very short time he sent me a file to restore which contained all of my configuration and time data. Easy as that I was back up and running as if nothing had happened. A useful and user-friendly app is a good app, but it needs good support to be a great app. This one has it all. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs to track their hours and expenses.

Great App

I started with Timesheeter and moved to Time Tracker because of the upgrades. Easy to use, tracks multiple jobs and different tasks. Only thing I wish for was an easy way to input a lot of data from before I got this. And an easier way to rename tasks. Ok today 12-4-14 I figured out how to rename tasks. Now if I can just figure an easy way to enter old data. 12-8-14. Still love the app and as time goes on I am learning more things it can do. I still want a way to back enter time for the year. Also wondering about easy way to track Pro Bono hours and expenses. 7-15-15. Still love the app and am very happy with it. I use it everyday and have talked several of my coworkers into using it also. Governmental agency with several functions and tasks that need to be tracked time wise. Also several different pay rates depending on task, not just time and time and a half but straight rate different from normal OT. This makes tracking easy. Would love to be able to track non billable miles, and expenses. Also would like to track some donated to charity hours so I can track those hours in a report at the end of the year. 9-13-15. Still using program after almost a year. Still love it.!

Fantastic, intuitive, easy to use. Have been using now for ~14 months - very happy with functionality, nice layout.

Good App!

App works well. I only use the basic setting and have made the format work for my company. It took a little while to figure out how I could utilize the app because our old time card format was different. Now all of my employees use the app and it makes time tracking much easier for me. I dont have to check the total for math errors and they are legible!

Loads of bugs...Looking for a better option ...This is an improvement over time sheeter which was working great for me. but now I am dealing with a bug where the time clock arbitrarily reassigns the time randomly to the wrong project. Also exports to wrong iCloud calendar.No response from messages to app support

Pretty useful

While I dont use the full abilities of this program, the level of customization is very useful. I wish the expense tracking was more robust and had a reporting feature.

Great app for tracking multiple clients with multiple tasks!

I have multiple clients and each client has multiple tasks that I need to bill separately and TimeTrack allows me to track it all. My only wish is that there were an option to tally the different tasks on the invoices. As it is now, I have to create a different invoice (in a different program) that is more readable to my clients. If the invoices were improved, then it would have gotten 5 stars.
